Job Description
Responsible for coordinating calendars, creating reports, answering telephones and frontally customer and employees on various administrative tasks, responsible for the company’s internal communications, assisting company management, responsible for HR systems’ operation and maintenance, assisting and working with the HR team.

Relevant Education
BA Degree – required
 

Requirements:

·                     At least 2 years of administrative experience,
·                     Ability to see the bigger picture and work under pressure
·                     Ability to work independently
·                     Command of Microsoft office
·                     Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
·                     Full time position
 
Required Languages
English – mother tongue level
High level of Hebrew
