Tier 2 Support Analyst

Position Description:
ExLibris is seeking for a Tier 2 Support Analyst. The Primo tier 2 Support Analyst will be required to analyze and resolve complex Primo related issues. The analyst will work in Unix based Cloud and local customer environments.
The position will require direct communication with the customers and cooperation with other support teams and with R&D.
The analyst will become a KDE (knowledge domain expert) in specific areas within the Primo software.
 
Responsibilities include:
·          Investigating and troubleshooting complex support application issues
·          Communicating with other teams and customers

Requirements:

Relevant education:
BA/B.s.C in a relevant field
 
Required professional experience:
·          Experience in System, DBA, Unix, and Networking – Advantage.
·          Customer orientation
·          English at a high level, written and spoken

·          Ability to work in a team and good rapport with others
·          Analytical abilities and an integrated perspective
·          Customer orientation
·          Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language with customers and co-  workers
·          Self-motivation and ability to maneuver in a multitasking environment
·          Independence, initiative and ability to learn and follow through on tasks
·          Ability to work under pressure
 
Required languages: English at a very high level a must.
 
Position in company:
Reporting to Primo Support Team Leader.
