Publisher Relations Student

Job Description:

The Publisher Relations Team is responsible for all publisher communications in Ex Libris.
Because of their unique position as content experts, analysts work closely with Support, Development, Operations, Product Management and Sales to insure interoperability between Ex Libris products and to promote positive relationships with content providers.
Responsibilities include:
Act as a gatekeeper for Ex Libris products  support incidents; Serve as point of contact for support incidents that require publisher communication
Develop strong, constructive relationships with worldwide academic and business publishers
Take responsibility for the analytical tools used by the team, including design and development requirements


Relevant education
        Students – from second year
Required experience/skills:
        Student in industrial Management/ Information Science and/or Library Science – an advantage
        Strong analytical mind; technology savvy
        Strong command of Excel – an advantage
        Ability to manage several projects while performing consistently and confidently
        Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
        Attention to detail
        High level English - Must
